Teixa · Business software for Swiss SMEs

An hour logged on site ends up in your books without being retyped.

Quotes and QR-bill invoices, accounting on the Swiss SME chart of accounts, hours, mail, documents and worksites share one database. An approved hour becomes a worksite cost, then an invoice line; an issued invoice arrives already posted.

Photograph a supplier invoice or a receipt: Teixa reads the amount, due date and IBAN, and you check and confirm. For Swiss SMEs, in construction as well as services; you switch on only the apps you need.

Question 01

Is it built for Swiss rules?

Yes, on these specific points. Each line gives the standard or register, what Teixa does with it, and the app where it happens.

Question 02

What happens to information from one app to the next?

Let us follow a single worksite, from quote to bank statement. A joinery in Bulle replaces 14 windows for a condominium owners' association in Romont. The highlighted amount is entered once, on the quote.

Fictional example: names, amounts and dates are invented, calculated as in Teixa with VAT at 8.1% and the construction-sector chart of accounts. The QR-IBAN and QR reference are the sample values published by SIX for the QR-bill.

  1. Quotes & invoices

Question 03

What will I no longer have to retype?

What an office often does with a spreadsheet, a separate invoicing tool and a separate accounting package, next to what Teixa does.

The middle column describes a common set-up, not a measurement. The right-hand column describes what the software does.

Question 04

Do I have to use everything?

No. Contacts and Bulkit are always on (Contacts because the others use it; Bulkit because it is included in every subscription). The admin switches on the other eight for the company, then chooses which apps each team member can access.

Always on
Contacts, the shared address book, and Bulkit.
Optional
The other eight, one by one, at any time, within the apps of your subscription.
Outside construction
Worksites, Bulkit, Feasibility and QSE are aimed at construction; the other six suit any SME.

Question 05

Where does my data go, and who sees it?

Your data is hosted in Switzerland, with Infomaniak (Geneva), and backed up in a second Swiss region. All client companies share one PostgreSQL database, but separation is not left to the application code alone: the database itself filters every table according to the company of the session. PostgreSQL calls this row-level security.

The AI reads the documents you give it to read: scanned mail, till receipts, documents from the filing system, supplier invoices for Bulkit. They are sent to our AI provider to extract the fields (see the privacy policy). Every field read can be edited, everything can be entered by hand, and for a document in the filing system, reading can be switched off at upload.

You remain the owner of what you enter. An admin can export all of the company's data in a single file at any time.

This page sets no cookies and loads nothing from another server, not even a font. Visits are counted on Teixa's own server, with no third-party service: neither IP address nor user agent is recorded, only the day, the page, the referring site, the device type and, if the network states it, the country. An anonymous identifier, calculated from a random salt renewed every day, makes it possible to count the visitors of a single day; it cannot be linked from one day to the next. "Do Not Track" and "Global Privacy Control" requests are respected: the visit is then not counted. Retention: 13 months, then monthly totals only. Details in the privacy policy.

Question 06

How do I leave my current software?

By taking over your files rather than retyping. Here are the steps, in the order they work best.

  1. Open a trial workspace14 days, all apps available (Feasibility and QSE switch on in one click). Load the demo company to see each function before entering your own.
  2. Import your contactsCSV file, up to 2000 rows per import. A contact that already exists (same e-mail, or same name and postcode) is skipped.
  3. Import your catalogueCSV of items and services, up to 5000 rows. Common headers in French and German are recognised: désignation, Bezeichnung, prix, Preis, TVA, MWST.
  4. Set up accountingChoose the legal form and the sector: the Swiss SME chart of accounts is prepared. Opening balances are entered as a manual entry.
  5. Link your e-mailIMAP to receive, SMTP to send quotes and invoices from your own address.
  6. Import a first statementA camt.053 file from your bank, to see the matches that are suggested.

And if Teixa does not suit you. At the end of the trial without a subscription, the workspace becomes read-only: your data stays viewable and exportable. Nothing is deleted when the trial ends; without a subscription 60 days later, the workspace is cancelled and its data is deleted 30 days after that, with a warning e-mail to the admins (see the terms).

Question 07

Other questions

Do I need to install anything?
No. Teixa runs in the browser, on computer, tablet and phone, and can be added to the home screen.
In which languages?
The interface is available in French, German and English. Quotes, invoices and reminders are written in French, German, Italian or English, as is the quote acceptance page. The chart of accounts is available in French, German and Italian.
Is the AI mandatory?
No. It reads mail, receipts and documents, and helps draft quotes and reminders. Every field it fills in can be edited and everything can be entered by hand.
Do my clients and subcontractors need an account?
To accept a quote, no: the link in the e-mail is enough. To follow a worksite, you create portal access for them, where they see only their own worksites or tasks.
My company is not in construction. Is Teixa useful to me?
Yes, if you issue quotes and invoices, keep accounts or track hours. Switch off Worksites; Bulkit remains available without you having to use it; the chart of accounts is also prepared for services, trade, restaurants and hotels, real estate, health and associations.
How much does Teixa cost?
One subscription per company, paid monthly, excl. VAT; Contacts and Bulkit are always included. Prices, add-ons and a calculator are on the pricing page.
Who makes Teixa, and who uses it?
Teixa is built and run by Jomax Group SA in Sorens (FR). The companies of the Jomax group run their own administration in Teixa: it was built for them. Teixa opens to the public on 5 November 2026, so you will find no customer logos or testimonials here.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your data stays intact and viewable; to keep editing it, you need a subscription. The full export remains possible.
